[email protected]What to put in a correction
Corrections are checked by re-playing the section in question, so the more precisely you can point at it, the faster that happens. A useful correction usually contains four things.
- Which page, and which section or beat of the walkthrough.
- What the page says will happen.
- What actually happened when you played it.
- Roughly when you played, and what kind of phone you were using.
You do not need a screenshot and you do not need to be polite about it. "The tuck control does not work like that any more" is a complete and welcome message.
What we cannot help with
We are not the developer of any game covered here and have no connection to any publisher, so we cannot recover an account, restore progress, fix a crash, or resolve anything to do with an app store. Those all need the game's own support channel, which is usually reachable from a settings menu inside the game itself.
We also do not accept sponsored placements, guest articles, link exchanges or paid mentions, so mail of that kind is deleted without a reply. It is nothing personal — it is just the one rule that keeps the site worth reading.
Requesting a game
The site covers six games because six is what one person can keep genuinely current. If you want a seventh, write in and say which one and why beginners struggle with it. Requests are logged, and when there is room on the shelf the most-asked-for game gets it. Two of the six on the site now arrived this way.
If you write in with a question about a first session, expect a reply that reads like the pages here: what to look at, what your thumbs should do, and what to ignore for now.
